Anyone can get lung disease. It affects 1 in 3 Australians and is the second leading cause of death. Lung Foundation Australia is the only charity in Australia providing support and a voice for people with lung disease, their families, carers, health professionals and the general community.
Please support me in raising funds to support patients and families impacted by lung diseases.

Friday 8th May Jogs and walks to make the total. Took some effort due to time constraints. Worth it to get over the line. Share

Monday 4th May Good day for walking. Happy with it. Good good. Share

Friday 1st May Set out for a walk before then after work and finished with a Twilight jog. Set sail, steps ahoy! Share
Day twelve: 14,433 steps trekking around Melbourne
Sunday 26th Apr Watched a football game. Walked to and from the station. Very leisurely and lively. Much fun. Share
Day eleven: 11,512 steps. Reasonable efforts.
Saturday 25th Apr General tracking throughout the day. Solid inputs and general walking. Had a jog. Happy days. Share
Day eight: 11,162 steps.
Wednesday 22nd Apr Good time tracking steps. Feeling fresh and energised. Lovely. Share
Day 7: 10,116 steps.
Tuesday 21st Apr Almost didn't make it. Had a late night stroll to make up the numbers. Lovely clear night and fresh air. Good as. Share
Day four: 11,010 steps more.
Saturday 18th Apr Feeling good. Positive vibes. Lots of steps. Good stuff. Share
Day three: 10,429 casual steps
Friday 17th Apr Walked to mums. She lives close. I'm lucky that way. Did some shopping. Pottered about the house. Nothing special. Lovely quiet day.
Day 2: 11,815 steps.
Thursday 16th Apr Efforts of walk to the supermarket, through the day home and work.
Day one 10,919 steps.
Wednesday 15th Apr Walk and run 2.15km walk, 1.94km jogged. Total time 37.20hrs. Share
