Freezin' for a Reason

Hi there,

We are fundraising this Lung Health Awareness Month in May to help support Lung Foundation Australia. Please help by making a donation through our page.

We are again taking the plunge in honour of Cheryl Martin who passed away on 4 March 2023 aged 73.  Cheryl was our mother, wife, grandmother, and mother in law.

Cheryl had asthma, COPD, and bronchiectasis despite never having smoked.

This year, we will jump into a cold pool on the first day of winter.  Dad has taken on the role of officiant and has the important role of ensuring the pool is suitably cold and the participants don't chicken out.

If we reach our fundraising goal, Rebecca will also complete a negotiable number of laps of the pool. She can barely swim and hates cold water so please give generously!

It only takes a minute and any money you can give (no matter how large or small) will go a long way to helping us reach our target.
