About Shine A Light
The community walks aim to raise awareness, break stigma, and provide a place of support & to remember and honour your loved ones who have been affected by lung cancer. Join us on a community led walk to support the 15,122 Australians diagnosed every year. A lantern ceremony will be held, where you will be welcomed to share, listen & to take a moment to reflect with the lung cancer community. Register and show us how you are supporting Shine a Light on lung cancer, with one our our three lanterns.

Join us for our Shine a Light Walk in Canberra.

Location: Patrick White Lawns, Queen Elizabeth Terrace, Parkes ACT 2600
Event details:
6:30pm: Registration and lantern collection
6:45pm: Lantern ceremony
7:00pm: Shine a Light walk
A walk from Patrick White Lawns towards Lennox Gardens and returning back to meeting point.
7:45pm: Event close
